Jobgether is seeking a freelance Night-Shift Support Agent in Ireland to deliver high-quality email support for an international digital learning platform. You’ll assist users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams while maintaining documentation and improving templates.

The role operates remotely on a rotating 2-on/2-off night schedule (20:00–06:00) with initial training and ongoing opportunities to develop product expertise.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B1+ level or above.
• 3 months to 1+ year of experience in customer support or related roles.
• Good technical aptitude and ability to learn digital products.
• Experience maintaining internal documentation and response templates.
• Empathetic, patient, and capable of handling high volumes calmly.
• Willingness to work rotating night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer inquiries primarily via email.
• Resolve issues and guide users through the platform features.
• Meet performance targets for response time, resolution time and CSAT.
• Elevate bugs or issues to technical/product teams as needed.
• Process refunds and manage transactions securely.
• Contribute to improved support workflows and templates.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Work rotating 2-days-on, 2-days-off night shifts 20:00–06:00.
