Jobgether in Ireland is seeking a Sleep Test Specialist (S1) to support patients completing at-home sleep tests. This remote role involves guiding patients, answering questions, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely test completion.

You will work with clinical, marketing, and support teams, monitor progress, maintain records, and help improve engagement strategies. A proactive, empathetic communicator with CRM familiarity will thrive in this performance-driven environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, patient engagement, or related fields.
• Healthcare or DTC experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Contact patients via phone, email, and SMS to guide completion of at-home sleep tests.
• Address patient questions and obstacles to ensure successful test completion.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, patient-focused approach in all communications.
• Proactively follow up with patients who have received testing kits but haven't completed tests.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to improve test completion and participation.
• Monitor progress and track KPIs related to test completion and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and test statuses.
• Coordinate with clinical, marketing, and internal teams to ensure consistent communication.
