Job summary

ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting opportunity with SAP in Dublin for an Application Support Agent on a 2pm-10pm shift. This 12-month contract role is hybrid, based in Dublin, and focuses on delivering first-line IT incident and service request support to SAP employees across modules such as Sales, Finance and HR.

You will log, triage, and monitor tickets, use the knowledge base, and escalate to resolver groups when needed, ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication with users
