You will work with established systems, maintain professional judgment, and enjoy significant autonomy over your schedule and daily activities, with ongoing leadership training to support your own growth in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bring 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, learning and development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development, client relationships, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead thoughtful one-to-one conversations.
• Be self-directed, proactive, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently with strong follow-through.
• Demonstrate sound professional judgment and the ability to work effectively within established systems and processes.
• Have a genuine interest in continued personal and professional development.
• Be comfortable working within an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed-salary model.
• Be based in Ireland and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Be an experienced professional; this opportunity is not intended for students or recent graduates.
