Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in Ireland to guide new members through personalized onboarding sessions on a digital learning platform. You will introduce relevant training opportunities, help users engage with resources, and provide proactive follow-up to ensure a positive first experience.

This is a flexible, fully remote freelance role within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to explain information clearly.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to take initiative and follow through.
• Basic technical proficiency with digital platforms and online tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions for new members.
• Guide users through the platform and identify relevant training opportunities.
• Encourage engagement and activation by prompting users to book training sessions.
• Act as primary contact during onboarding, providing timely guidance and support.
• Understand individual learning preferences and tailor communication accordingly.
• Share actionable feedback to improve onboarding and member experience.
