Job summary

ClassCover Ireland is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to act as a trusted advisor for our Irish schools. You will own the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing usage and renewal, with travel to visit schools across Ireland.

This home-based role requires strong relationship skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate school needs into practical ClassCover solutions. Based in Ireland, you will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience, and work

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, account management or customer support in edtech or education SaaS.
• Experience owning the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and acting as trusted advisor.
• Knowledge of Irish schools or ability to pick up quickly.
• Strong writing, phone and in-person communication with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor for your schools, helping them maximize ClassCover.
• Own the full customer journey: onboarding, adoption, follow-ups and reviews.
• Onboard Irish schools via video, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Visit schools to build relationships and gather feedback face-to-face.
• Maintain timely, friendly contact across channels and keep CRM records tidy.
