Job summary

AlertMedia is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to lead top global accounts with a consultative, partnership-driven approach. You will drive adoption, retention, and growth, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver outcomes that maximize value for high‑value customers.

Remote in Ireland, with sponsorship not provided. You will engage with executives and leverage Gainsight and Salesforce to manage complex relationships and ensure customer success at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• 3+ years’ experience supporting Enterprise customers in a CSM role of $1M+ ARR.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute short term and long-term success strategies for Strategic accounts, including stakeholder mapping and success planning.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing roadmap discussions and readiness initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional account discussions and execution, coordinating with Implementation, Support, Product, Sales, and Executives.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the Strategic Segment.
• Evaluate risk management and drive retention through value propositions.
