Job summary

HubSpot is recruiting a Small Business Benelux Account Executive to drive new business remotely from the UK or Ireland. You will run online demos and close deals, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses within a hybrid/remote model.

You should have 1+ years of closing sales experience, fluent English, and strong consultative selling skills. Dutch is a plus, with a track record of quota attainment and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of closing sales experience.
• English fluency is required.
• Dutch and/or market exposure is a plus but not required.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota).
• Sharp focus on goals and driving results.
• Based in United Kingdom for remote opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges our prospective customers face and discover inbound marketing solutions.
• Close new business at or above quota.
• Build relationships with qualified prospects at small and mid-sized companies.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy when new features are introduced.
• Contribute perspectives and ideas to HubSpot's mission.
