Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Sales Consultant in Ireland (Dublin) to drive service and aftermarket growth. You will sell service agreements, PSAs, installations and L&M services while managing key accounts and engaging decision-makers to develop tailored proposals.

This consultative role blends business development, account management, and commercial acumen to deliver sustainable revenue growth and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, service sales, or account management.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling service solutions, maintenance contracts, or technical offerings.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at manager/director level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Ability to manage a territory and prioritise opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify and secure new service sales opportunities within accounts and prospects.
• Build relationships with managers, directors and other stakeholders.
• Promote and sell service agreements, PSAs, and L&M services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial agreements.
• Maintain customer records and sales forecasts in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, service delivery and technical teams.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and customer trends.
• Resolve issues and maintain long-term customer relationships.
