Concentrix is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of partner-delivered engagements from onboarding through adoption and value realization. You will partner with alliance teams, customers, and sales to mitigate risks and scale successful outcomes across the book of business.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and experience in SaaS, AI, and cloud-based services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Delivery Management or related fields.
• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of 10-30 engagements.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles in SaaS/AI/cloud environments.
• Experience scaling processes across teams.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of concurrent customer engagements from onboarding to adoption.
• Lead portfolio reviews and manage delivery risks across stakeholders.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and business outcomes to drive value.
• Build strategic relationships with partner executives and alliance teams.
• Develop scalable playbooks and governance for delivery excellence.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis and reporting.
