Accenture is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead multilingual sales and account management organizations within our client’s digital marketing ecosystem. You will drive strategic partner acquisition, advanced consultative sales execution, and pipeline health while delivering advertiser outcomes.

This role partners with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to influence go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of total professional experience.
• 2–3+ years as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Language Requirement - English proficiency at B2/B1 level.
• Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, ad tech, SaaS, or media agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business results for one or more sales segments, ensuring revenue, KPI, and SLA targets are exceeded.
• Set strategic direction for sales execution, translating goals into operating plans and playbooks.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales teams and front-line leaders.
• Drive advanced sales capability across teams including prospecting, discovery, and consultative selling.
• Oversee multichannel outbound strategies to identify, engage, and close advertisers.
