Job summary

Tines Security Ltd. in Ireland is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and expansion of our automation platform across customer groups, including IT, Engineering, and Operations. You will become a trusted advisor, translate customer needs to internal teams, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing to maximize value.

This remote role can be based anywhere in Ireland. You will mentor customers through onboarding to renewals, identify opportunities, and help shape product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management or customer success
• Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT)
• Ability to translate technical requirements to internal teams and partners
• Knowledge of how to leverage APIs to integrate systems

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, adoption, value conversations, business reviews and renewals.
• Lead a first-class onboarding experience and ensure use cases meet timelines.
• Translate customer needs to internal Product and Engineering teams and feed back feature requests.
• Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Build account plans with internal teams to align needs with use cases and drive platform usage.
• Identify risks to customer goals and work with teams on mitigation plans.
• Develop and drive renewal plans and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Review dashboards and usage metrics to assess account health.
• Manage a book of business to drive renewals and expansion strategies
