Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive loyalty and adoption across enterprise accounts in Ireland. You will report to the Director of Customer Success and partner with Sales, R&D, and CS Engineering to understand customer strategy and ensure value realization.

As trusted advisor for strategic customers, you will onboard, drive adoption, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while coordinating quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer engagement and account management in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Fluency in French is required.
• University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Create success plans for onboarding, adoption and renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales to transition from Pre-Sales to Customer Success.
• Identify expansion, retention and renewal opportunities.
• Escalate and coordinate issues with Sales, R&D, CS Engineering.
