Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Attribute™ team. This fully remote role in the EMEA region focuses on outbound lead generation, including email, calling, and LinkedIn outreach to book demos with technical prospect teams.

You will be on the front line, building pipeline for closers by meeting daily and monthly targets, collaborating with Account Executives, and refining messaging as we scale. A startup-minded, autonomous doer will thrive here.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS companies.
Proven experience selling SaaS B2B / cloud products or services.
Proven history of achieving and reaching for results in an outbound lead generation environment.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Set meetings via outbound prospecting to achieve daily and monthly pipeline targets.
Partner with Account Executives to align on territory planning and prioritize accounts.
Identify decision-makers and refine outbound messaging.
Build multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay.
Own the outbound process end-to-end from research to booked meetings.
Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.
