Job summary

DoiT International, a global cloud technology company, is hiring a Sales Development Representative for the Attribute team. The role is fully remote in the EMEA region (UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Sweden) and focuses on outbound lead generation, email, calling, and LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects on technical teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, preferably selling to technical buyers such as Developers and DevOps.
• Proven SaaS B2B / cloud product sales track record.
• Proven outbound lead-gen results and targets.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Set meetings via outbound prospecting to meet daily and monthly pipeline targets.
• Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning and prioritization.
• Identify and reach decision-makers to improve outbound motion.
• Build multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay.
• Own end-to-end outbound process from research to booked qualified meetings.
• Refine messaging and call scripts with leadership to improve conversion rates.
• Stay current with product and service information; some travel may be required.
