Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Ireland to drive new business opportunities across Switzerland and Austria. You will identify potential customers, initiate conversations, and qualify prospects to help the sales team build a strong pipeline.

You will work with Account Executives and Marketing, using CRM and AI tools to stay organized and optimize outreach. This is a remote-friendly role with travel to Europe as needed and a strong growth mindset welcome.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales, BD, or related roles.
• Strong outbound prospecting and outreach skills.
• Fluent in English and German; Swiss German native level preferred.
• Ability to work remotely from an eligible European country.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts in Switzerland and Austria.
• Qualify inbound leads and hand off to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Use CRM and AI tools to organize outreach and track results.
