Job summary

SoSafe is hiring a Commission Manager to own the variable compensation across the GTM organization, spanning 100+ reps. You will run monthly cycles, validate outputs, and partner with Sales leadership and RevOps to ensure accurate payouts and plan design.

Remote work is supported from Ireland and Europe, with office hubs available for hybrid arrangements. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of Finance and GTM, influencing payout design, governance, and analytics to drive correct

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on commission management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with modern commission platforms (admin/power user).
• Strong Excel/BI skills and data reconciliation ability.

Responsibilities

• Run monthly commission cycle end-to-end and payroll handoff.
• Manage plan logic and quota/accelerator SPIF rules in the commission tool.
• Provide accruals and reporting to Finance with variance analysis.
