Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Manager based in Ireland to own the system landscape that powers a high-performing sales team. You will configure dialers, CRMs, and integrations, ensure deliverability, and build reliable routing and reporting workflows.

You will partner with sales leadership to translate business requirements into practical, scalable systems, while improving data accuracy and revenue attribution across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a technical operations role supporting an inside sales or call-center environment.
• Experience configuring phone systems, dialers, CRMs, and sales technology directly.
• Practical experience troubleshooting phone deliverability and blocking issues.
• Strong focus on accuracy with data, reporting, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with A2P 10DLC, consent management, deliverability, and branded calling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own phone and text deliverability by monitoring spam rates and 10DLC registrations.
• Troubleshoot call/text delivery issues with telecom vendors as needed.
• Configure sales systems including dialers, CRM integrations, tracking systems, and UTM links.
• Build and maintain lead-routing and distribution workflows with speed-to-lead rules.
• Own tracking and attribution across calls, links, subscriptions, and purchases.
• Maintain accurate pipeline dashboards and reliable data for leadership.
