Job summary

Leinster Shipping is seeking a Sales Support Co-Ordinator to drive client engagement and sales activity from a fully remote setup. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, client management, and accurate CRM updates to boost throughput across domestic and international trade lanes.

The candidate will coordinate with Sales Management, meet daily call targets, and respond promptly to quotations while maintaining strong attention to detail. Training may be required for remote onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and client management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• CRM experience; Azyra is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact new client base through coordination with Sales Management.
• Develop new clients domestically and internationally on available trade lanes.
• Meet daily call targets as per KPI.
• Update CRM sales reporting daily.
• Liaise with Operations with client information and orders.
• Respond to client queries and quotation requests promptly.
