Job summary

EIS Group is seeking a VP of Professional Services to lead its delivery programs across Europe and the Middle East. You will manage senior teams, engage with C-suite clients and partners, and ensure successful, high-quality implementations within scope and budget.

The role requires a strong track record in enterprise IT program management, P&L ownership, and the ability to travel internationally. This is a hybrid role with home working, client sites, and office presence in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT platform and software program management, insurance tech preferred.
• Portfolio P&L ownership experience.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and supporting technology.
• Experience leading senior PM/PM/consulting/technical teams.
• Experience with partners in multicultural, global teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing demands.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methods.
• Knowledge of end-to-end implementation across BA, Architecture, Development, QA.
• Self-starter in a semi-structured environment; willing to travel internationally.
• Excellent written and spoken English; positive leadership style.
• SAFe, Scrum/Agile, PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery programs across European and Middle Eastern regions.
• Manage direct and indirect teams; ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Engage with C-Suite level clients and delivery partners to ensure quality.
• Maintain zero-defect mentality and deliver programs meeting time, cost and quality targets.
• Assure program performance against business objectives; manage escalations.
• Own P&L for portfolio; collaborate with Sales on extension opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI adoption in delivery methodologies.
• Build trusted client and partner relationships; support pre-contract activities.
• Travel domestically and internationally; base home location within region.
