Job summary
EIS Group seeks a high-impact VP of Professional Services to lead a growing portfolio of client delivery across Europe and the Middle East. This remote- Ireland based role reports to the Global SVP and directs multiple teams and partners in ensuring on-time, within-scope, and high-quality program completions for insurers.
The role demands strategic vision, governance of complex programs, and strong stakeholder engagement at the C-suite level.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise IT platform and software program management (insurtech domain preferred).
- Portfolio P&L management ownership.
- Experience leading senior program management, consulting and technical staff.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong English written and spoken communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach delivery teams, partners and customers across programs.
- Ensure programs meet time, cost and quality targets.
- Manage portfolio risks and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sales for extensions and new business opportunities.
- Maintain high customer advocacy and trust across delivery lifecycle.
- Oversee P&L accountability for portfolio and ensure scope alignment.
