Responsibilities include screening, presenting shortlisted profiles, guiding negotiations, and building strong client relationships. The role offers flexibility, growth, and a global freelance contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency preferred).
• Strong sourcing using social media and Boolean search.
• Proficient in conducting various interview styles.
• Experience evaluating candidates for diverse roles and seniorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring objectives and needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and screen candidates using databases, social media, etc.
