Qualifications

• 2–5 years of contract negotiation experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills for mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic contracting plans aligned with objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for supplier and ops challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations across hotels, transport, restaurants, attractions, and guides.
• Develop and execute strategic vendor negotiation approaches to meet objectives.
• Secure agreements that meet terms, quality standards, and product expectations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contracted vendors and destinations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to review quality and identify improvements.
• Provide contracting expertise across the organization for supplier challenges.
