Job summary

Jobgether SRL, via a partner company, is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter based in Ireland to manage end-to-end engagements in a remote, independent-contractor capacity.

You will lead searches from intake to placement, build talent pipelines, conduct screening, and present qualified candidates. This flexible, high-touch role offers 10-30 hours weekly and exposure to diverse executive and professional searches within a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties and seniority levels.
• Hands-on ATS experience handling requisitions, stages, and reporting.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sourcing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead searches from intake through placement for client engagements.
• Develop tailored search strategies and build candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates and present evidence-based summaries.
• Coordinate interview schedules, client feedback, and offers.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit or equivalent ATS.
