Qualifications

• 4+ years in HRBP or HRD roles within international digital/IT/product companies.
• Experience delivering core lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, development, succession, termination, performance.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, and workforce efficiency with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• Align workforce management with business priorities and financial targets.
• Partner with managers to ensure right people in roles and consistent HR processes.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount, and probation/performance alignment.
• Improve employee engagement, retention, and long-term commitment.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, succession, and offboarding.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
• Monitor HR metrics (payroll budgets, turnover, engagement) for improvements.
• Apply compensation/benefits expertise and workforce analytics for decisions.
• Measure satisfaction with HR services and drive HR function improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to address people-related challenges and goals.
