Job summary

Anthropic, a leader in safe and beneficial AI, seeks a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end scheduling, oversee pipeline health, and supervise scheduling automation. You will partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements and ensure seamless pod coverage.

The role is remote, 12-month fixed-term, with base salary of €90,000 annually and standard Anthropic benefits. 4+ years in recruiting coordination and fluency with AI tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with demonstrated experience in high-volume complex scheduling environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work, and the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to override it
• Proven ability to own and improve processes, with examples of leading projects or initiatives that drove measurable impact
• Strong partnership skills: you know how to work alongside Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers as a collaborative, trusted advisor
• Excellent judgment and the ability to make independent decisions on scheduling changes and prioritization
• Clear, professional communication skills with a talent for keeping multiple stakeholders aligned
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Automation Supervision: Run the scheduling tools for your pod. Set them up, check their output before candidates see it, and decide when a loop needs a human touch instead of the automated path.
• Pipeline & Capacity: Surface bottlenecks, flag capacity concerns, and recommend what moves first when things are tight.
• Complex Scheduling: End-to-end changes, cancellations, and rescheduling decisions made independently.
• Escalations: Own the escalation path for your pod and drive resolution with manager support.
• Project Work: Own projects end to end, from problem to adopted solution.
• Coverage: Coordinate coverage across your pod during absences and surges.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-touch, warm candidate experience, even when automation errs.
