Job summary

Vodafone Business Ireland is seeking a Head of Public Sector Sales to lead and grow our public sector portfolio across central government, health, education, local government and semi-state bodies. The role drives EUR 50M+ revenue and shapes multi-year public‑sector strategy.

You will partner with senior civil servants and procurement teams, navigate frameworks and NIS2 considerations, and build a trusted, compliant public‑sector partnership across defence, safety and critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading public-sector sales teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and procurement navigation.
• Ability to develop multi-year government accounts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Vodafone Business Ireland’s Public Sector sales strategy.
• Protect and grow EUR 50M+ revenue while delivering sustainable growth.
• Build multi-year opportunities around digital transformation and cyber security.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Irish public procurement and frameworks.
• Lead a 50+ person public-sector sales organisation and coach teams.
