Job summary

Jobgether, working with a partner, is seeking a Growth Lead, Marketplace based in Ireland. You will own the growth strategy for the discovery marketplace, driving traffic, engagement, GMV, and transactions across multiple channels.

This remote-first role involves building end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, optimizing SEO, and collaborating with product, analytics, and leadership. You will design experiments, measure results, and scale growth programs with autonomy, impacting creators and buyers

Qualifications

• Track record of owning and growing revenue across multiple channels with measurable impact.
• Experience building lifecycle email programs from scratch with meaningful metrics.
• Ability to acquire email subscribers and boost long-term value through engaging content.
• Hands-on growth execution: build campaigns, pages, reporting and creators relationships.
• Strong understanding of marketplace models and network effects.
• Excellent analytical and experimentation skills with data-informed decisions.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• CEFR level English proficiency for asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for discovery marketplace: drive traffic, engagement, GMV, and transactions across channels.
• Design and run continuous experimentation, including A/B tests on landing experiences and recommendations.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs to convert visitors into repeat buyers.
• Scale organic growth via SEO and AEO to improve product discovery.
• Improve creator success by connecting listed creators with buyers and analyzing performance.
• Establish growth reporting and track funnel metrics across categories and creators.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with GM, founders, product, paid media, analytics, brand, design, and partnerships.
• Write campaigns, build pages, engage with creators, and develop reporting to interpret results.
• Rapidly test new approaches and refine strategy in a dynamic environment.
