Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a product leader to own the direction and roadmap for the Glofox operator experience, aligning customer needs with strategic goals. You will engage directly with studio staff to understand friction, drive discovery and delivery for membership management, and enhance bookings, scheduling, and the Pro App experience.

Ideal candidates have strong collaboration with engineers and designers, experience with apps, and a proven track record in operational SaaS.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product work from problem framing and discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Experience delivering operational software, workflow-heavy SaaS, or products used by frontline or distributed teams.
• A practical understanding of membership, recurring billing, scheduling or booking, or another comparable operational domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction and roadmap for the operator experience, balancing customer needs and enterprise requirements.
• Observe studio workflows and speak with owners and staff to identify friction and needed outcomes.
• Lead discovery and delivery for membership management, including plans, freezes, cancellations, transfers, and recurring dues.
