Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Product Manager to own the product direction for the Glofox operator experience, collaborating across engineering, design, and sales to deliver value for studio operators.

You will observe real studio workflows, speak with owners and front-desk staff, and translate insights into actionable requirements. A strong SaaS background and experience with frontline apps are preferred.

Qualifications

• Own the product direction and roadmap for the Glofox operator experience.
• Observe studio and gym workflows and speak with owners and staff to identify friction.
• Lead discovery and delivery for membership management, bookings, and recurring dues.
• Translate needs into concrete product requirements and acceptance criteria with engineering, design, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction and roadmap for the Glofox operator experience.
• Observe studio and gym workflows and speak directly with owners, operators, and front-desk staff to understand friction, workarounds, and the outcomes they need.
• Lead discovery and delivery for membership management, including plans, freezes, cancellations, transfers, and recurring dues.
• Improve bookings and scheduling workflows, including classes, appointments, facility, waitlists, and the settings those workflows depend on.
