ABC Fitness seeks a visionary Vice President, People Operations & Experience to scale our global People function. You will drive talent management, leadership development, and HR technology, partnering with senior leaders to connect people investments to business outcomes.

You’ll lead Talent Management, Learning & Development, and analytics, shaping how we engage and develop employees while enabling responsible use of AI and automation. Join a mission to build a stronger, data-driven People team.

Qualifications

Significant progressive people/HR leadership experience.
Depth in Talent Management, Learning & Development, leadership development, manager enablement, succession planning, or workforce capability building.
Experience with HR technology, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled HR practices.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a scalable People Operations and Experience roadmap aligned to business strategy.
Establish operating models, governance, and success metrics across People Ops and Experience.
Champion technology-forward HR with AI-enabled workflows and data governance.
