Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Vice President, People Operations & Experience to shape a scalable, technology-driven, global People function. You will lead across Talent Management, Learning & Development, People Technology, and Analytics, partnering with senior leaders to align people priorities with business outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will drive leadership development, capability building, and workforce transformation while ensuring responsible use of AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive People / HR leadership experience.
• Depth in Talent Management, Learning & Development, leadership development, or succession planning.
• Experience with HR technology, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a scalable People Operations and Experience roadmap aligned to business strategy.
• Establish operating models, service standards, governance, and success metrics.
• Build enterprise-ready Talent Management, Learning & Development, succession, and leadership development programs.
• Champion technology-forward People operating models with automation and analytics.
• Lead through senior functional leaders to grow enterprise-level People leaders.
• Partner with CPO, HRBPs, IT, Finance, and Legal to connect People priorities to business outcomes.
• Improve service delivery through simplified processes and better knowledge management.
• Integrate employee listening, communications, culture activation, and change management into broader work.
• Elevate People analytics from reporting to actionable workforce insights.
