Retrofitness, LLC is seeking a Facility Manager/General Manager to lead a busy club. The role requires oversight of revenue, expenses, and a strong focus on customer service, staff development, and program execution.

You will manage multiple departments and ensure compliance with brand standards while driving membership growth and community engagement. As a GM, you’ll direct hiring, training, and coaching of all club employees, oversee daily operations, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming

Qualifications

• Must work 50+ hours per week.
• Oversee club revenue and expense goals.
• Maintain high level of member service.
• Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively.
• Drive program revenue and new member growth.
• Hire, train, and coach all staff.
• Maximize member retention via service, cleanliness, and programs.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and physical plant operations meet standards.
• Monitor competitors and participate in local community events.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Front Desk, Child Sitting, and Maintenance staff per Operations Manual.
• Set daily goals for profit centers and monitor achievement per shift.
• Manage inventory, orders, and merchandising processes.
• Coordinate tours with potential members and respond to inquiries.
• Liaise with owners and franchise location; manage club systems and promos.
