Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily club operations, staff scheduling, training, payroll processing and member service across our locations. You will coordinate maintenance, safety, and budget controls to ensure a high-quality experience for members.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of gym management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• One year club/gym management experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow up effectively

Responsibilities

• Hire, schedule, train and develop front desk and support staff.
• Manage and report payroll processing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the club.
• Ensure strong member service and handle billing/contract inquiries.
• Oversee expenses and purchasing to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with maintenance on equipment and facility issues.
• Lead weekly and ad-hoc meetings with key staff.
