Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• AI-First mentality and practical use of AI to accelerate insights, while ensuring guardrails and trust.
• Systems thinker & operator's mindset with a track record of scalable systems.
• Builder mindset with ability to create solutions when gaps exist.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with ability to prioritize and execute independently.
• Clear communicator with experience presenting analysis to product managers and stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL required and familiarity with event-based analytics and BI tools like Mixpanel/Looker/Segment/dbt.
• Domain familiarity with public cloud environments and enterprise SaaS concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product Measurement & Instrumentation: partner with Engineering to define event taxonomy and instrumentation quality; build dashboards; document metric definitions; leverage AI for insights.
• Analytics & Data Foundations: work in product analytics stack to ensure reporting; build dbt models; develop a usable metric layer; analyze Voice of the Customer data.
• Insight Generation & Reporting: translate usage and signals into actionable insights; support executive readouts; enable automated, self-service analytics with AI-assisted workflows.
• Outcome: data-driven product decisions and reliable signals across the organization.
