Job summary

RWS is seeking a senior product-focused engineer to join TrainAI, our AI data and tooling platform. You will own products end-to-end, set direction, and operate like a mini-founder, applying AI tools across the full lifecycle to deliver impactful features.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, data and product teams, ship with autonomy, and mentor others to raise the team's product thinking and AI capability. This role anchors in Dublin, Ireland.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience with shipping products.
• Deep fluency with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Strong product sense and ability to justify product decisions.
• Comfort operating with ownership and ambiguity; set the plan.
• Ability to work across the full stack and multiple disciplines.
• Track record of driving outcomes, not just output.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, shape solutions, ship features, and iterate based on user behavior.
• Use AI coding agents and agentic workflows as primary execution methods.
• Make design, UX, product, and architectural calls with minimal guidance.
• Talk to users, translate insights into shipped features, decide what to build.
• Build feedback loops, analytics, and evaluations to measure success.
• Mentor engineers on product thinking and AI-driven development.
• Influence team direction and adoption of AI tooling.
