Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen data-driven decisions across Product Management and R&D. This remote role collaborates with AI, analytics and customer insight teams to build reliable signals and scalable processes.

You will drive instrumentation, measurement, and insights that inform product investments and customer outcomes. You will work with a modern analytics stack and mentor teams on best practices, enabling automated reporting and AI-enabled workflows while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Experience influencing decisions through data with product teams.
• Practical understanding of AI in analytics workflows and guardrails.
• Strong systems thinker with ability to scale processes.
• Builder mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication of analysis to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and instrumentation quality.
• Build scalable dashboards for product teams and document metric definitions.
• Leverage AI to unlock insights and recommendations from signals.
• Strengthen product analytics ecosystem and data models.
• Work with Mixpanel, Segment, Looker to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop dbt models for core product entities and behaviors.
• Structure Voice of the Customer inputs for analysis.
• Automate reporting and AI-assisted workflows while preserving metric integrity.
