Job summary

Air Apps in Lisbon is seeking a Product Analyst to turn product data into tangible improvements. You will analyze internal and external products, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience.

Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers, you will build dashboards, run A/B tests, and help shape the roadmap. The role offers relocation support and a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics or BI.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL/Python/R.
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistics.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Strong communication to present insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights.
