DoiT is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen how R&D decisions are made and drive our AI transformation. You will work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and customer insight to build scalable analytics foundations and trusted measurement signals.

The role focuses on instrumentation, analytics foundations, and generating actionable insights to guide product investment and roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Experience working closely with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
• Strong understanding of AI in analytics workflows and ability to build guardrails for AI-enabled insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and instrumentation quality.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards for product teams.
• Document metric definitions as a shared source of truth.
• Leverage AI to unlock insights from signals and iterate on product measurements.
