Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering management and coding.
Hands-on with cloud-based SaaS, production systems on AWS/GCP/Azure.
API-first mindset; platforms accessible via APIs for humans and agents.
Strong database skills: SQL and BigQuery; performance-focused.
Proven track record transforming engineering teams and delivery velocity.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and growth.
Drive architectural decisions and maintain coding standards.
Balance hands-on work with leadership and mentoring.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM for roadmaps and priorities.
Hire, coach, and raise the management bench.
