Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst based in Ireland for a remote contract role focusing on Windows Server and infrastructure support.

You’ll back IT infrastructure projects including server builds, migrations, documentation, and coordination with project services and operations teams. This role requires hands-on server experience, strong troubleshooting, and clear communication to document technical information and coordinate activities across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Windows servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong documentation abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus.
• Experience with data center or IT migrations is advantageous.
• Project coordination experience is desirable.
• MCSE certification is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, and documentation.
• Work directly with Windows Server environments and provide troubleshooting.
• Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis for project planning.
• Contribute to application mapping and documentation of infrastructure components.
• Coordinate technical activities across project services, operations, and stakeholders.
• Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including data center activities.
• Maintain clear technical documentation throughout project delivery.
• Communicate project updates and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
