Job summary

Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Contract IS Technical Support Analyst for a 6-month Dublin assignment, offering up to €350 per day. You will join a global IT team delivering hands-on support across users, systems and infrastructure.

You’ll handle incidents and requests via ITIL, support Windows devices, AD and Microsoft 365, troubleshoot basic network issues, maintain assets, and assist with changes and moves across sites.

Qualifications

• IT support or service desk experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 support.
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with ITIL ticketing systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: PowerShell, SQL, Citrix and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows devices, servers, printers, and networks.
• Manage incidents and requests via ITIL ticketing systems.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure).
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Support system changes, moves, and occasional out-of-hours cover.
