Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a skilled Network & Server Administrator to join a small IT team supporting around 200 users in Dublin City Centre. The role is hands-on, focusing on server, virtualization and network infrastructure, with responsibilities across Microsoft 365, Citrix, end-user computing and business applications.

On-site attendance is required with some flexibility for operations. The candidate should have at least five years in a Microsoft infrastructure role, strong Windows Server, AD,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Microsoft infrastructure administration role.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP expertise.
• Experience with virtualization, especially Hyper-V.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, AD and Group Policy.
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, routers and firewalls.
• Support DNS/DHCP services and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 services and Exchange Online.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across IT stack.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Support disaster recovery planning and security hardening.
