Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Systems Consultant based in Ireland. This senior advisory role focuses on technology diligence, value-creation, and operating-model assessments across ERP, WMS, CRM, PSA, and infrastructure.

You will lead evidence reviews, management interviews, and vendor evaluations while communicating findings to investors and executives. The role offers significant autonomy, with opportunities to contribute to post-close roadmaps, vendor selections, and interim

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise systems, IT operations, or similar leadership roles.
• Led multiple sell-side or buy-side technology diligence engagements.
• Strong knowledge across ERP, CRM, WMS, PSA and traditional infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in at least two technology domains.
• Experience with MSP/MSSP services and vendor management.
• Proven ability to translate findings for investors and executives.
• Degree in information systems, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead diligence engagements and manage evidence reviews, interviews, and remediation priorities.
• Assess enterprise systems, infrastructure, vendors, contracts, and spend.
• Evaluate ERP, WMS, CRM, PSA, and related applications for risks and fit.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify gaps and improvements.
• Translate technical findings into concise business recommendations.
• Develop post-close roadmaps and support vendor selections or interim leadership.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data/AI, software, and integration experts.
