Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst based in Ireland for a remote contract role focusing on Windows Server and infrastructure support.

You’ll back IT infrastructure projects including server builds, migrations, documentation, and coordination with project services and operations teams. This role requires hands-on server experience, strong troubleshooting, and clear communication to document technical information and coordinate activities across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Windows servers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus.
• Experience with data center or IT migrations is advantageous.
• Project coordination experience is desirable.
• MCSE certification is a plus.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Analyst based in Ireland.

This remote contract role is designed for an IT professional with hands-on Windows Server and infrastructure experience. You’ll support technical infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, application mapping, documentation, and project coordination. The role combines technical troubleshooting with analysis and structured communication to help ensure infrastructure initiatives progress smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with project services, operations teams, and other stakeholders across the organization. Your ability to document technical information clearly and coordinate activities will be essential to successful project delivery. This is an opportunity to contribute to infrastructure transformation projects while expanding your experience across core IT environments.

Accountabilities

• Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, application mapping, and documentation.
