Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with remote desktop tools and enterprise-scale support.
• Experience with hybrid work models and day shift support.

Responsibilities

• Develop remote desktop support tools and scripts to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for desktop environments to reduce user impact.
• Configure and maintain remote access infrastructure in line with security standards.
• Troubleshoot desktop issues across OS, networks, and applications.
• Collaborate with service desk and infrastructure teams to refine incident workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for procedures and guides.
• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure desktop environments meet operational needs.
• Optimize software deployment and update processes.
• Analyze support metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with security/compliance teams on access control and audits.
• Mentor peers on advanced troubleshooting.
• Participate in hybrid work communications.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance user experience.
