Job summary

ABB Limited in Ireland is seeking a sales-focused professional to build and expand key customer relationships while developing new business opportunities across Ireland. This role blends account management with growth across HVAC and related systems.

You will reactivate dormant accounts, pursue new opportunities with system integrators and end customers, and collaborate with design engineers to tailor ABB solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Technical background in HVAC, HVAC Controls, BMS or Mechanical Engineering with relevant HVAC experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Ireland.
• Ability to develop opportunities across construction, renovation, upgrade and replacement projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across Ireland.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers and key system integrator accounts.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and identify opportunities to increase business.
• Develop connections with design engineers and other stakeholders to shape project specifications and ABB solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams and other ABB divisions to create customer solutions.
