Qualifications

• Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, building services, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, strong communication, and commercial negotiation abilities.
• Experience in technical sales or the HVAC/refrigeration sector is preferred.
• Proven track record of strategic sales results in commercial HVAC.
• Specialist HVAC skills; knowledge of electrical & mechanical components.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer acquisition and account growth for HVAC and process cooling systems.
• Build sales pipelines, present financial and technical proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage client relationships.
• Sell chillers, heat pumps, air handling units, and building controls.
• Provide customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnerships.
