Johnson Controls Systems & Service Ltd - HVAC Ireland is seeking a Service Sales Consultant to grow our service and aftermarket portfolio by building relationships with medium-sized customer accounts across a defined territory. You will sell service agreements, PSAs, installations, and Labour & Material services to maximise performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Field sales or account management experience.
• Experience selling service solutions, maintenance contracts, or technical/service-based offerings.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new service sales opportunities within assigned accounts and prospects.
• Build strong relationships with managers, directors, and other key stakeholders within customer organisations.
• Promote and sell service agreements, PSAs, and L&M services.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations to understand requirements and propose appropriate service offerings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements in line with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations, service delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues and commercial challenges in a timely and professional manner while maintaining long-term relationships.
