ResultsCX is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Remote in Ireland to deliver excellent service to clients and ensure platform content complies with guidelines. You will work Monday–Friday daytime shifts, with no weekends, from a remote location.

The role emphasizes customer-focused problem solving, independent work when needed, and collaboration with teammates to maintain high-quality support and content standards. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, preferably in the real estate or housing industry.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues effectively, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Capability of working independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
• Strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion towards providing excellent customer service, maintaining the integrity of our platform, and contributing to the success of our housing agency.
• Solution-based mindset with interest in maintenance projects.
